i just can't stop with the salsa!!!
salsa has been my go to this summer! what's not to love about it??? we went on "vacation" aka working vacation in July. i made salsas to add to the fun! i mean really, beach, beer & salsa...what else is there???black bean + roasted garlic & corn
-2 cups of black beans
-1 cup of roasted corn
-5-6 cloves of roasted garlic
-5-6 cloves of roasted garlic
-1/4 cup green onion
-1/2 red pepper
-1/2 yellow pepper
-1/2 large jalepeno (remove seeds to decrease heat)
-1-2 tomatoes
-1/4 cup cilantro
-1/2 cup-1 cup of zesty italian dressing
pretty hint :: use fresh veggies, cook your own beans, no fat back necessary my southern friends! you can serve this in a red or yellow pepper...super yummy & PRETTY!
